RETURN POLICY

CL Boyd values customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of used heavy equipment, returns are subject to specific limitations:

1. Eligibility for Return

• Only used machinery purchased directly from CL Boyd is eligible for return consideration.
• The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• The equipment must be in the same condition as delivered, with no additional wear, damage, or modifications.

2. Inspection Requirement

• Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect equipment upon delivery.
• If the machinery is materially different than represented in the sales agreement (e.g., undisclosed major defects), the buyer must notify CL Boyd immediately with supporting documentation (photos, videos, or inspection reports).

3. Return Approval

• All returns must receive prior written authorization from CL Boyd. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• If approved, the customer is responsible for coordinating and paying return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Machinery sold “as-is” or “final sale” is not eligible for return.
• Any equipment that has been operated extensively or altered after delivery will not be accepted.
