Mark Dietsche, Manager of Aftermarket & Customer Support Training and Robert Burnett, Territory Sales Manager from John Deere visited CLBOYD on April 14th, 2022 to recognize three of our Parts Advisors. They recognized Matt Jones, Kyle Swindell and Chris Campbell for being the first to complete the Certified Parts Specialization Training Program for Motor Graders.
"CLBOYD is committed to the development of their employees. Matt, Kyle and Chris being the first Certified Motor Grader Parts Specialists in the dealer channel clearly demonstrate this commitment. The recognition event allowed us to celebrate this achievement together and discuss how we can continue to partner on delivering valuable training solutions. We are looking forward to continuing this partnership in training and release more part specialist classes in 2022.” said Mark Dietsche, Manager of Aftermarket and Customer Support training.
Matt Jones has been with CLBOYD for 4 years. He started with us in January 2018 as a Shop Service Technician and was promoted to Parts Sales Advisor in June 2018.
Kyle Swindell has been with CLBOYD for 7 years. He started out as a Warehouse Specialist and was promoted to Parts Will Call Specialist in July 2021. He was then promoted in April 2022 to Parts Sales Advisor.
Chris Campbell has been with CLBOYD for 15 years. He started in September 2006 as a Parts Sales Advisor.
