Meet Our team - Real Technicians, Real Stories

“I’ve always enjoyed taking things apart, seeing how they work, and putting them back together — so becoming a diesel technician just made sense. The Technician Apprentice Program gave me hands-on experience, a team that supported me, and the confidence to grow in a field I love. Tearing apart engines was my favorite part of training, but what really stood out was how everyone in the shop looks out for each other. My advice? Don’t get discouraged if you don’t get it right the first time. Don’t be afraid to try — and don’t be afraid to ask for help. There are people here who want to help you succeed."
