John Deere adds to its line-up of compact equipment by expanding its performance tiering strategy with three new models of Compact Wheel Loaders. The new G-tier models include the 184 G-tier, 204 G-tier, and 304 G-tier. These models were designed to include proven capabilities and are ideal for customers in need of a dependable machine to complete everyday tasks.
"As we learned from launching our performance tiering strategy on our utility loader line-up last year, customers’ needs are unique and they require personalized solutions to meet their diverse set of tasks," said Luke Gribble, Solutions Marketing Manager, John Deere Construction and Forestry Division. "That’s why we chose to expand our performance tiering strategy with the introduction of the G-tier Compact Wheel Loader models. These machines are not only rugged, but they boast simple and intuitive machine controls that are a great fit for operators of all experience levels, while also offering options that promote operator comfort and productivity."
The 184, 204, and 304 G-tier Compact Wheel Loaders provide solutions for applications like landscaping, agriculture, snow removal, site development, and rental—without sacrificing the world-class John Deere quality. The cab design is offered in both canopy and enclosed cab formats. The redesigned enclosed cab features improved visibility and a clear line of sight to the machine's surroundings. All G-tier models also offer enhanced serviceability to simplify daily maintenance.
The 184 and 204 G-tier models were designed with a rugged, compact frame, making them ideal for job sites of any size.
The 304 G-tier delivers notable productivity improvements while retaining many of its proven features. Based on customer feedback, the 304 was redesigned with a larger machine frame and increased travel speed.
The John Deere 184, 204, and 304 G-tier Compact Wheel Loaders are now available for purchase in the U.S. and Canada.
