On April 14, 2022, CLBOYD was honored with a visit from Mark Dietsche, Manager of Aftermarket & Customer Support Training, and Robert Burnett, Territory Sales Manager at John Deere. Their purpose? To recognize three outstanding Parts Advisors - ;Matt Jones, Kyle Swindell, and Chris Campbell—for becoming the first to complete the Certified Parts Specialization Training Program for Motor Graders.

"CLBOYD is committed to the development of their employees. Matt, Kyle, and Chris being the first Certified Motor Grader Parts Specialists in the dealer channel clearly demonstrate this commitment. The recognition event allowed us to celebrate this achievement together and discuss how we can continue to partner on delivering valuable training solutions. We are looking forward to continuing this partnership in training and releasing more parts specialist classes in 2022," said Mark Dietsche.

Matt Jones joined CLBOYD in January 2018 as a Shop Service Technician and was promoted to Parts Sales Advisor in June 2018.

Kyle Swindell has been with CLBOYD since 2015. He advanced from Warehouse Specialist to Parts Will Call Specialist in July 2021, and then to Parts Sales Advisor in April 2022.

Chris Campbell has been with CLBOYD since September 2006, serving as a dedicated Parts Sales Advisor for over 15 years.
