In 2022, John Deere started a Technicians of the Year program, giving dealerships across the country a chance to recognize and celebrate the outstanding work of their skilled technicians.

The program includes three levels of recognition:

• Nominees: Lunch with their Territory Customer Support Managers
• Territory Champions: Custom-designed jacket
• Division Champions: Recognition Event at John Deere's Global Headquarters in Moline, IL

To be eligible, a technician must complete Level 3 courses and be a John Deere Certified Technician. Beyond certifications, dealers are encouraged to nominate those who act as mentors and consistently go above and beyond for customers.
