At CLBOYD, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture of excellence and recognition. It's always a pleasure to see our employees go above and beyond. In 2023, we launched a new appreciation program to celebrate Customer Support Team Members who exceed performance expectations and deliver exceptional service. The Customer Support Excellence Award (CSE Award) is presented quarterly to two nominated team members.

We are fortunate to have employees who consistently go above and beyond in their work. Today, we're thrilled to recognize two individuals who have truly stood out.

First, congratulations to Field Service Technician Lee! Lee has been a key member of our team since January 2018 and has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. He provides outstanding communication with customers and stays with them until their machines are back on the job. His attention to detail and quality workmanship make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Second, we’re proud to recognize Shop Service Technician Jimmy! Jimmy joined CLBOYD in June 2021 and has gained extensive knowledge and experience. He consistently delivers high-quality work and is a fantastic team player. His positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed make him an outstanding part of the crew.
