CL Boyd is proud to partner with Redlands Community College to support students enrolled in the two-year Industrial Automation Applied Technology program. This NATEF-aligned program provides hands-on, concentrated training to prepare students for a career in diesel maintenance and repair—a field that powers industries across the region.
Through this partnership, CL Boyd offers a Sponsorship Program designed to help students gain real-world experience, reduce the financial burden of college, and establish a direct pathway into the workforce.
CL Boyd Sponsorship program includes:
- Employment opportunities for qualified Redlands students in the Industrial Automation Applied Technology program
- Tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 for eligible students
- Earn college credit for technology center program completion, a clear pathway to an Associate Degree in the student's field of study
