Boyd’s track shop is staffed with over 50 years of experience, giving us the expertise needed to do repairs quickly, correctly and economically. Additionally, Boyd’s Customer Support Advisors (CSAs) are available to help you maximize the wear life of your track components. Our CSAs will inspect your tracked equipment on your site and give you a detailed report of how your track components are wearing. When repairs are needed, the CSA will give you professional recommendations and options for completing the needed repairs. And when repairs aren’t needed, we won’t try to sell you something you don’t need. We’ll simply load the CSA’s inspection results into our Custom Track Service database so we can schedule future inspections and continue to help you monitor the wear patterns of your track components.
