Steve Decker is Director, Business Development. Steve joined Boyd in 2003 with 13 years industry experience, including 7+ years as an employee of John Deere’s Construction Equipment Division. He currently manages the company’s business development activities, including strategic planning, promotional activities, providing market intelligence and managing relations with vendors, strategic customers and industry associations. Steve graduated with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois.
